With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification and have successfully navigated various sectors, including retail, hospitality, aviation, vehicle manufacturing, local government, and the NHS. My extensive background allows me to bring a wealth of knowledge to any organisation, ensuring strategic HR solutions that align with business goals. I am also the proud owner of two dogs with disabilities due to IVDD, whose strength and spirit motivate me in my daily life.
